This is the vegetarian Chef's favorite meal!

Manageable portions of homemade hummus, guacamole, and tzatziki sauces served alongside, sliced hard-boiled egg, crispy pita chips, artisan cheese selection, and crispy celery sticks.

(The artisan cheese will be a revolving selection, chef's choice.)

As for wine 

You're set to indulge in a Mediterranean–Middle Eastern mezze platter with a couple of creamy, tangy dips and some rich cheese — plus a little avocado wildcard in the guacamole. The trick is finding a wine that can handle:

  • Creamy/tangy sauces (tzatziki, hummus)

  • Herbaceous freshness (tzatziki, guacamole)

  • Salty/crispy elements (pita chips, cheese)

  • Richness from egg and cheese without overpowering the light veggies
